Wise Connections is an evidence-based experiential training for adults to increase self-awareness while guiding youth to handle tough emotions, express their needs, and have positive connections with others. Gain skills to press the 'pause button' when you are feeling overwhelmed, so you can use awareness to best support a child to calm down and make wise choices.

Wise Connections integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness, and social-emotional development.
