In this 3-week class you will learn centering practices to bring a focus towards inner balance and following your own inner guidance.
The centering practices are ones that are great for folks who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, grasping for control, or feeling isolated. Learn a new practice each session you can use on your own. Have an opportunity to ask questions and reflect.
