Pre & Post Birth Package

The Pre & Post Birth Package provides a well-rounded offering of support, both prior to the arrival of your baby (babies) and following birth of your baby (babies). The services combine traditional 'talk therapy' and clinical Qigong. This service is available for both biological and adoptive births. For adoptive families the term birth is thought of as the baby or child entering your family; for adoptive families the child can be a newborn or up to age 5.

You and your baby (babies) deserve to start out this journey with a strong foundation. This foundation strengthens as you better understand your own experience in becoming a parent, process complex post birth and birthing experiences, increase understanding of both you and your baby's emotional needs and skills to handle overwhelming emotions, and how to nurture a healthy attachment between you and your baby.

Qigong, which translates roughly to "cultivating (gong) energy (qi)," is practiced in a variety of ways. The Qigong offered in this package is as a clinical practice to assess for your individual needs. An energy clearing supports removing energy that is not for your greatest and highest good. Energy balancing is supporting the flow of energy - removing blocks within energetic pathways, and increasing a healthy flow of energy throughout your body and field.
Session locations can vary.  Depending on the type of session, sessions can be held in the therapy office, nature, at your home, or at your birth location. While Debbie tries to be flexible with scheduling, there is no guarantee she will be available on-call.
 Basic Package - $500 ​(savings of over $50)
  • 2 Therapy Sessions prior to birth (Sample topics: preparing for your baby/babies, process the pending changes to your life, explore effective emotional regulation skills, learn and practice a variety of mindfulness skills)
  • 2 Therapy Sessions post birth (Sample topics: Integrating mindfulness and emotional regulation skills with a newborn, activities to promote a secure attachment for you and your baby, address emotional challenges, activities to support healthy social-emotional development for your baby)
  • Qigong Energy Clearing for yourself and baby (babies)

Deluxe Package - $700 (savings of over $70)
  • 2 Therapy Sessions prior to birth

**Notes
  • All post birth sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of your child(ren)'s birth or joining your family. 
  • Travel costs if meeting location is >15 miles from Longmont office ($40/hour).
